Gamma Brief Lab

Use and limitations

An educational tool

Gamma Brief Lab illustrates nuclear medicine mechanisms and published results. It is not a prescribing tool or a medical device. No experience calculates a dose, activity or treatment for a real patient. Clinical decisions rest with healthcare professionals, current guidelines and product labelling.

Three confidence levels

Each section of a module shows its level:

  • Published data: mean values from referenced clinical studies.
  • Order of magnitude: benchmarks extrapolated or debated in the literature.
  • Illustrative: schematic representation for intuition, with no quantitative value.

Review and corrections

Each module shows its version, last verification date and review status. A module marked "Under review" has not yet been reviewed by an independent expert. Any reported error is corrected and publicly documented.

Independence

If a module mentions a partner, the partner has no role in choosing or validating the scientific content.
